This position is in Cargill's agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Execution Coordinator II will coordinate, and plan export processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will complete monetary transactions associated with the export in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
• Reconcile data for load orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with medium accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
• Work with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
• Work with 3rd party fumigators, surveyors and laboratories to schedule appointments and obtain required certificates for export of the vessel.
• Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
• Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for export documents.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge with NAEGA (North America Export Grain Association)
- Experience with the grain industry
