This position is in Cargill's animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Process Improvement Executive to identify inefficiencies, implement process enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. This role is key to driving operational excellence and cost optimization.

Key Accountabilities
- Analyse supply chain workflows and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methods.
- Conduct process audits and root cause analysis to resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, planning, IT) to streamline operations.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including automation and IT enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and change management to ensure adoption of new processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in supply chain operations or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). APO/SAP IBP/PPDS
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
