Job Purpose and Impact

  • The Professional, HR Business Partner - Professional job implements and delivers people and culture strategies and operational plans that deliver business results. This job partners to ensure priorities around talent and performance, organizational effectiveness and engagement are addressed, and enhance the domain practices that allow the group or function to attract, develop, reward and retain talent.


Key Accountabilities

  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with essential leadership to implement people and culture strategy in alignment with business strategy.
  • LEADERSHIP CONSULTING: Partners with leadership to deliver a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy application, talent management and development and organizational design consultation.
  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & ACTIVATION: Supports talent strategy development and activation and helps develop new capabilities in the business.
  • DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Partners to promote the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
  • METRICS & ANALYSIS: Partners to conduct tracking, analysis and reports for key metrics, including core people and culture metrics.
  • PEOPLE PROCESS EXECUTION: Partners to develop and manage the execution of core people processes throughout the year.
  • STRATEGY & SOLUTION CONNECTION: Participates as an active member of the community to help build links across the team, provide support to other domain initiatives and projects, and help identify and share strategies and solutions.


Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Experience in driving talent management for multinational organisation
  • Fluent Japanese & English speaker
