Business Analyst - Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Analyst - Manufacturing and Supply Chain will be responsible for the structuring of information to control a production process & within the plant to monitor costs, process expenses, headcount and budget of manufacturing and supply chain to facilitate better decision making across the location and for leadership team. Contribution of Analytics knowledge for simplification process, Projects and automation of the reporting and bridge between the cross functional team. In this role, you will support and streamline information flows between MSC and finance to provide relevant and insightful information to plant managers as a foundation for their decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare necessary information for the monthly manufacturing performance.
- Coordinate a solid forecasting, budget processes and variance explanations for manufacturing supply chain Opex cost along with Finance team.
- Upload monthly actual, budget and forecast information into the systems and ensure it reflects the actual MSC performance with deep drive analysis.
- Monthly analysis and work with the business by highlighting on the risk and action plan for future.
- Management Supply chain and manufacturing KPI's. Ensure compliance and reliability on dashboard indicators, analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up.
- Simplification and Automation on report by using Power BI visualization tool.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Process /KPI deployment as per the global standards.
- Management of Business Presentations for local and global meets.
- SAP Controller on continuous improvement and trouble shooting.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's / Master's degree with minimum three years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Presentation, Power BI, Word)
- Understanding of business and operational excellence approaches
- Analytical knowledge and Basic ERP knowledge (SAP)
