Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. In this role, you will discover and deliver solutions to complex and varied problems to enable the company's digital future. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth knowledge of engineering practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust. The Salesforce Engineer will support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of business partners and peripheral teams to ensure customer success.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement custom/out of the box applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
