Senior Manager - Compensation

Responsibilities:

  • Lead administration of incentive execution and operational delivery of the programs
  • Consult with LOB facing partners and business customers to identify process enhancements and manage prioritization and communication to stakeholders
  • People leader of the operation delivery team for LOB Incentives
  • Manage Agile team to complete development of enhancements including partnership with our Technology and other HR Partner teams
  • Oversee creation of procedural documentation including incentive plans, operational processes including updating SLQ2CQ documentation to be in compliance.
  • • Drive teams to support and align/adhere to risk management and overall governance but partnering with business, HR Business Risk Office, Enterprise Risk Management and our internal incentive Governance team
  • Coach and development team resources to delivery and grow in their roles
