University Program Operations
- Support the execution of university programs, including software licensing coordination, academic account setup, and usage tracking
- Assist in managing program documentation, contracts, and internal approval workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Team, R&D, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.) to ensure smooth program delivery
University & Academic Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for professors, labs, and university administrators in Taiwan
- Support academic partnerships, collaborative labs, competitions, conferences, and training activities
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential academic users and research groups
Event & Activity Support
- Support planning and execution of academic events such as competitions, conferences, training etc.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and follow-up activities with universities and internal teams
- Collect feedback and help prepare post-event summaries and reports
Communication & Coordination
- Prepare presentations, program updates, and basic communication materials
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely follow-up
- Support internal reporting and data tracking for university program activities
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical or business field
Experience
- One year of working experience in IC design, Semiconductor, EDA, or related technology industries is a plus
- Experience working with universities, research labs, or academic programs is a strong plus (internship experience acceptable)
Skills & Competencies
- Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
Preferred Attributes
- Interest in university programs, academic collaboration, and talent ecosystem development
- Basic understanding of EDA tools or IC design workflows
- Willingness to support occasional travel within Taiwan
