Inventory Analyst (On-Site)

Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Inventory Analyst for our Coppell facility.

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory levels within the Production Tech Support department. The Inventory Analyst must build a strong relationship with Production Operations, Finance and our Vendors. Reports to Supervisor Production Tech Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Control and maintain inventory levels for Production Tech Support.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure inventory is available for releases as needed.
  • Work with Finance and Billing on any invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensure we do not have too much inventory and most importantly do not run out.
  • Checks the quality of the inventory
  • Your daily duties may include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
  • Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge's policies
Qualifications:
  • High School or equivalent or Technical/Trade School
  • 0-1 years' experience within a high volume production environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Functional/technical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and to work under pressure due to time constraints as necessary
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM -2:30 PM non-peak hours / Monday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM peak hours

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hour depending on experience - Bonus Eligible
