Finance Business Partner
About This Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of our Finance Business Area/Affiliate team, responsible for overseeing Affiliate Financial Planning & Management Reporting. Your role involves managing the planning, implementation, and coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), periodic forecasts, and Long Range Plans (LRP). You will be responsible for coordinating results management, reporting to both the Business Area/Affiliate and the region, and analyzing ad hoc business cases, including new product launches. By facilitating effective business planning and decision-making processes, you will contribute significant value to our organization. Operating at the nexus of strategy and finance, you will drive insights that connect our business goals to financial performance. Your efforts will ensure that financial forecasts are aligned and that our leadership team is well-informed about business performance and potential opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of financials and resources for planning and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support effective business planning processes by designing analytics to support decision-making.
- Prepare user-friendly Forecast/Reporting Templates to enhance content clarity and focus.
- Lead financial assessments for new product launches and innovations.
- Monitor ongoing business performance against plans and forecasts, providing insights to leadership.
- Coordinate business analytics to provide comprehensive insights to the Business Area/Affiliate.
- Act as a finance business partner to TA leads.
- Maintain and further develop a standard financial reporting system.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and improve internal processes.
- Lead and participate in cross-department projects.
- Manage month-end closing processes and prepare necessary financial templates and analyses.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Hyperion or comparable systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in controllership with knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP
- Proven high level of commitment and drive for results
