Job Title: Marketing Director

Position overview:

This role at BD MMS is responsible for strategic planning overall MMS Japan and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets. 3 other marketing members reporting to this role. Also, this role involves working closely with MMS key leaders (Japan, Regional, and global team) as well as cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and ensure successful commercial implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic planning: Develop overall MMS strategy and lead execution.
• Financial analysis: for B to B commercial business execution, research and analyze targeted customers financial state for consultative offering development and implementation.
• Market analysis: oversee and support team to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and customer unmet needs for business growth and management in MMS.
• Team management and coaching: coach marketing members to develop. lead and track project execution closely working with sales team as well as marketing team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

• Market Analysis: Proven experience in conducting comprehensive market research and developing detailed market and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Strong leadership skills with a track record of creating and implementing effective business strategies that drive organizational growth.
• Team Collaboration: Skilled in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and adept at managing cross-functional projects to achieve shared objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strategic Marketing experience in B to B marketing in healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to work effectively in teams.
• Experienced in fostering collaboration across diverse groups.
• Skilled in delivering clear and engaging presentations.
• Language skill: Japanese - Native, English - Fluent
• Learning agility: eager to learn new things and try out
