Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, procurement teams, hospital administrators, and healthcare institutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Drive product adoption, market penetration, and sustainable revenue growth across assigned territories.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity identification through contract negotiation and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead tender preparation, contract negotiations, and account retention initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to support business planning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and provide regular business updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with BD policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or hospital sales.
• Proven track record in key account management, territory management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, tender management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Exposure to medical devices, interventional products, or healthcare technologies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in launching new products, managing strategic accounts, and driving market development initiatives.
