Job Description

Team Management & Hospital Sales

Territory - west AAD

• Leading a team of ASMs & Sr. ASMs Hospital
• Building Strategy for growth for BD products with the branch
• Develop KOLs in the branch to drive advocacy for BD product
• Enhance penetration of AAD products across the accounts in GMP
• Maintain commercial hygiene in the branch
• coaching & guiding the team in day to say sales operation along with career development
• Monthly reviews with team & management on the performance of the branch
