- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze performance, market trends, and category dynamics to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
- Navigate retailer-specific systems and portals (e.g., Target Partners Online, Walmart Retail Link, Lowe’s Vendor Portal) to manage item setup, reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Utilize and oversee EDI workflows, ensuring accurate order flow, chargeback prevention, inventory alignment, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews and deliver clear, compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide direct reports and functional team members by identifying opportunities for growth, leveraging team strengths, and developing members toward organizational effectiveness.
What you bring to the table:

- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, including in-store and online merchandising fundamentals.
- Demonstrated proficiency with retailer portals (e.g., Retail Link, Partners Online, Lowe’s systems) and EDI processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- History of autonomous work without direct regular oversite
- Bachelor’s degree required
