(Junior) Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Consultant (w/m/x)

Your tasks:

* Setting up an M365 infrastructure (network, API, OAuth, AzureAD Connect, etc.).
* Definition and provision of innovative, modern and sustainable workplace solutions (including office space).
* Design and setup of Office 365 tenants in exciting project scenarios such as carve-outs or mergers.
* Further development and configuration of O365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform or EndPoint Manager
* Development and implementation of migrations between Office 365 tenants.
* Optimal adaptation and configuration of M365 Built-in Security & Compliance to customer requirements (e.g. Defender).
* Migration from an existing on-premise system to a hybrid setup or completely to the cloud.

Qualifications and experience:

* Completed IT vocational training or a comparable degree with subsequent professional experience in the IT sector
* Experience with M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange & EMS
* Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API and the M365 Admin Portal
* Technical & Consulting affinity combined with strong business understanding

* Willingness to travel (depending on the respective project assignments)
* Fluent language skills in German and English (minimum B2)
