The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will provide consultation to leaders and employees at all levels related to Talent Acquisition strategy for their clients within the Customer Solutions Operations organization. This role will develop and drive strategy for full life-cycle recruitment efforts for both high volume and professional level positions. In addition to driving strategy, this role will partner with the HR/TA COE's to drive innovation to improve the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management
  • Manages client-specific measurement and reporting for priority people and organization performance metrics
  • Gain knowledge and maintain an understanding of the business model, operations, financial goals and competitive position
  • Use data/metrics to educate and influence talent decisions with leaders
  • Innovate and improve the candidate/hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process
  • Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
  • Develop strategic, multi- faceted sourcing plans to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to fulfill the department's key business objectives
  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, execute, track and evaluate projects as needed
  • Cultivate external relationships with networking
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business related degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 year's related experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Capital
  • Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or Candidate Relationship Management tools
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of basic Human Resource policy/procedures and employment laws
