Your Role
1.Lead radar product marketing assessment, competitors assessment.
2.Fully understand the market requirement for radar products, both Automotive and non-auto radars.
3.Radar new product definition and leverage with global radar products.
4.Lead and cooperate with R&D department to get support for new Prj TR, demo activities ,exhibitions ..
5.Work closely with Sales/ R&D and other related function teams to get radar business.

Your Background
Required Skills:
1.B.S. or higher degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related majors.
2.At least 5 years working experience and 3 years of radar related products .
3.Familiar with radar signal process/ RF / applications.
4.Familliar with automotive electrical products and general requirement.
5.Good communication skills and cross-function cooperation .
6.Good oral/writing English, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
1.Working experiences for non-auto radar products.
2.Sales and business sense.
