YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Manager on our team, you'll:

• Manage the financial affairs of the company
• Assist European Finance and Country Directors in identifying country financial objectives
• Ensure the execution of finance in full compliance with legislation and company regulations
• Teach/Coach Country and Plant Staff required financial knowledge
• Develop and maintain the company business plan
• Implement and maintain budget control (Expense and Capital)
• Coordinate collection and analysis of operational data
• Perform financial analysis and monitoring company results
• Supervise reporting to headquarters
• Provide consultative and advisory assistance to the management on financial analysis
• Design and provide specific reports and analyses for the operational management
• Streamline financial and accounting processes
• Design and implement operating procedures
• Cooperate with the local authorities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Higher education in management (Business Management, Economics, Finance)
• Accounting/ Financial reporting knowledge (Hungary statutory, USGAAP)
• Experience in Finance leadership role (2 years or more)
• Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Office)
• SAP knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Good level of English, spoken and written
• Organizational capacity
• Pressure resistance capacity
• Ability to be results-oriented
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Ability to lead a team/ work in a team.
