Your Role
- Lead and develop a team of System Engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Drive Agile practices and deliver high-quality system solutions
- Collaborate globally to overcome technical challenges and innovate
- Manage resource planning and team development aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain visual performance metrics for transparency and quality
Your Background
- Bachelor's or Master's in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in people management and coaching
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a global organization
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive systems engineering
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
