Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing existing and emerging OLED markets. Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of technical and business environments. Participates in the development and articulation of strategies to meet business objectives
- Integrates complex products into a coherent portfolio of products focused on OLED markets. Manages the portfolio like a product with clear positioning, market fit and execution plans
- Analyzes external and internal OLED data to identify market trends and opportunities, translating insights into strategic direction and compelling presentations.
- Drives the needs within targeted markets and analyzes the market segmentations, recommending high-potential segments and leading growth initiatives.
- Partners with management team and other marketing functions (product marketing) to ensure that overall marketing function is effectively meeting the organization's strategic goals.
- Creates complex OLED product strategies that integrate seamlessly with Applied Materials' broader product ecosystem, including synergies with PVD and CVD.
- Supports the vision and key deliverables for OLED product lines by driving program development activities including project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across development and high-volume manufacturing phases.
- Responsible for a portfolio of OLED products, ensuring alignment with customer technology roadmaps, internal R&D capabilities, and long-term business growth targets.

Qualifications
- Master/ PhD degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in program management, product marketing, or strategic planning-ideally in display, semiconductor, or high-tech industries.
- Strong technical background of display or semiconductor preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
