Key Responsibilities
- At least +6 years semiconductor thin film or Etch process/hardware experience preferred.
- Strong Data analysis capabilities is required, Direct experience of algorithm writing (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- A semiconductor process and hardware expert with hands-on lab/fab experience and knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics applications.
- Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites.
- Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field.
- Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site.
- Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed.
- Semiconductor equipment trouble shooting including corrective and preventative maintenance.
- Improving wafer and device performance, reducing defects and improving yield
- Utilizing data science, statistical methods and AI/ML techniques and algorithms to improve equipment, wafer and factory performance.
- A good team player and ability to get along with diverse teams local and global.
- Fluent English verbal/written skills to communicate with 1st level manager and global team
- Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer.
