IS&T Asia Pacific (APAC) brings together all IS&T functions across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with global leadership to deliver key programs at a regional level. The team works closely with APAC business and sales teams, providing real-time visibility into how IS&T systems and tools are performing across the region.","responsibilities":"Partner with business stakeholders to understand planning and supply chain challenges.
Translate business needs into structured analytical and optimization models.
Apply optimization techniques to support data-driven decision making.
Clearly communicate insights, scenarios, and business impact through concise narratives and visuals.
Act as a bridge between business, data, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in problem scoping, solution design, and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with mathematical optimization and commercial solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX).
Hands-on knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Data Visualization Platforms.
Exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or ERP/MES environments.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
