At Apple, we believe that hard work, a fun environment, creativity and innovation fuel the ultimate customer experience. Apple's Strategic Data Solutions (SDS) team is looking for exceptional and experienced Investigators who will be responsible for completing sanctions screenings across the Apple ecosystem in real-time.
Description
On this team, we are adept at dealing with ambiguity. We use sound judgment and research skills to make timely decisions on our work. While working independently, we are able to stay self-motivated and customer focused in a highly transactional role. While the majority of screenings involved in this position are handled individually, teamwork is critical in learning the role, in staying current with standards/trends, and in building and maintaining a successful team culture. Our Investigators conduct sanctions screenings of new and existing Apple accounts by utilizing internal systems, commercial databases, and public records. We review and take action on real-time sanctions screenings and apply independent judgment to identify and escalate key sanctions risks.
