Value Proposition Innovation: Identify unmet customer needs and develop differentiated value propositions and commercial programs, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Team Leadership & Development: Set priorities, lead and coach team members and partners, and scale impact through others.

Clear Communication and Storytelling: Turn insights and performance into simple, actionable, and compelling stories. Drive alignment and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely across Retail teams, Product Marketing, Services, Operations, Finance, Legal and Privacy, and Regional teams to align on strategy and ensure cohesive execution of key initiatives.

Market & Customer Insight: Bring a deep understanding of the retail commerce landscape into strategy, including customer segmentation, segment-specific value propositions, channel dynamics, competitive offerings, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
