Communicate validation status, risks, and escalations to cross-functional and senior leadership

Background in signal integrity, protocol compliance testing, and industry tools/analyzers
Proven track record designing and scaling test fixtures leveraging robotics and machine learning
Demonstrated success managing distributed or cross-site teams

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in validation or test engineering, with 3+ years in a people-management role
Strong background in high-speed I/O protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, Thunderbolt)
Experience with lab bring-up, bench equipment, and automated test infrastructure
Deep understanding of QA methodologies and practices
Excellent presentation, spoken and written skills in both Japanese and English
