We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator that is able to focus and simplify as they navigate challenges and see around corners to anticipate potential opportunities and obstacles. Approach problems flexibly, adapting strategies to suit each situation. Demonstrate integrity in every action, earning respect and credibility. Description
The Facilities Coordinator will support operational functions in support of key workplace services such as beverage and snack services, site locker maintenance, site guest registration kiosks, as well as general workplace services administrative tasks. They will work cross-functionally to ensure service continuity across all function programs, especially during team absences. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement. - Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn. - Fosters and maintains excellent relationships with various stakeholders. - Coordinates daily operations and vendor engagement for programs such as Bevi, Canteen, Digilock, and Facilities uniforms. - Provide cross-functional support to ensure continuity of services during team out-of-office coverage. - Assist with financial tracking, including budget planning and monthly reconciliation. - Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and project records. - Support audits and ensure compliance with internal KPIs and tracking metrics. - Contribute to process optimization initiatives and service delivery improvements. - Facilitate onboarding and cross-training to enhance team knowledge-sharing and redundancy. - Manage multiple Calendars.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant facilities, vendor coordination, and administrative-related work experience
- Proficiency in OS X (Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Calendar) applications is required
- Experience with Box, Chorus, Quip, Apple Surveys, and Wrike, Slack are a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Working autonomously, handling sensitive and confidential information while also dealing with ambiguity. In this role, you will need to fill in the blanks as much as possible.
- Comfortable with various technologies, showcasing the ability to adapt to and leverage digital tools effectively.
- Ability to focus and simplify by selecting the right tasks to focus on and influence others to zero in on what's critical and let go of what's not. Proven ability to take initiative, drive projects, and achieve results at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritize key tasks, guide others, and deliver results in fast-paced settings.

- Proficient in streamlining workflows and processes to enhance productivity and achieve optimal outcomes.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.75 and $37.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
