Your role in the team
Are you looking for a role that makes a meaningful impact and drives organizational transformation, positively affecting our global workforce? As a Senior HR Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing Allstate's business capabilities to achieve our strategic goals.
As a key leader, you will work closely with HR stakeholders to define, measure, and prioritize our product roadmap. You will also act as a bridge between HR business owners and agile digital product teams, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value efficiently and at scale.
We seek individuals who are compelling storytellers, collaborative problem-solvers, and execution-driven professionals. This role as a Senior Business Architect will support and champion our India and Northern Ireland regions and assist in the execution of other HR functions within Pay, Time and Absence, Compensation and Core
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the key enabler between HR business owners, localized requirements within India and Northern Ireland, and digital product teams to realize product outcomes aligned with strategic business goals.
- Support the enablement and maintenance the HR business architecture framework in alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy.
- Translate HR strategic goals into business capabilities and prioritized business outcomes for execution.
- Define and measure business value for intended product outcomes.
- Ensure product outcomes align with broader customer and employee journeys.
- Collaborate closely with digital product teams, actively engaging in all agile ceremonies.
- Work across HR digital product teams to ensure cohesive and streamlined product delivery.
- Contribute to overall HR strategy and planning within assigned functional domains.
- Partner with strategic vendors to review and influence product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Allstate's current and future needs.
- Conduct business analysis, including root cause identification and resolution of employee challenges.
Essential Skills:
- All applicants must demonstrate they have a legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate. Allstate is not providing sponsorship for this vacancy.
- A minimum of 4 year's HR or business related experience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale.
- A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules (e.g., implementing new functionality, reducing manual effort, improving data quality, or increasing process adoption).
- A minimum 1 years' experience coaching or mentoring team members globally
- Demonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex concepts evidenced by leading Agile ceremonies, refining backlogs, producing clear user stories or decision documents, and effectively presenting product strategy to senior or non‑technical stakeholders to accelerate delivery and improve alignment.
