About the role

Take on the influential position of Associate Director – Strategic Account Management, where strategic leadership meets innovation and execution. In this role, you will own the vision, growth, and success of our most strategic B2B Travel Partnerships—spanning both supply and demand ecosystems.

In this role, you will

  • Build and expand high-value B2B partnerships, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights, strategic foresight, and strong leadership.
  • Blend commercial acumen, consultative selling, and advanced relationship management to maximize partner outcomes, sustainable growth, and long-term collaboration.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers and their collaboration with the Technical Account Managers across Asia, empowering them to deliver measurable impact.
  • Spearhead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and performance-linked incentive structures.
  • Shape product adoption, co-marketing initiatives, and technology integrations that unlock stronger performance outcomes.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and innovation across product lines.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data and market intelligence.
  • Act as a thought leader, driving organizational strategy and contributing to cross-functional initiatives of global scale and influence.
  • Align and influence senior internal stakeholders, both vertically and cross-functionally, to set unified priorities and deliver business impact.
  • Present strategic updates and performance insights to senior leadership during monthly and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic background; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Significant experience managing enterprise-level or global B2B partnerships with a track record of leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • 10+ years of proven success leading international account management teams, with demonstrated expertise in negotiation and enterprise relationship management. Experience in Travel, Hospitality, E-Commerce, or adjacent industries is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Travel Industry, Distribution, and API/technology-driven integrations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and influencing P&L outcomes; consistent record of surpassing growth and performance targets.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to distill complex datasets into actionable strategies. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and internal leadership teams.

  • Proven leadership in driving team engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Agility and adaptability in a matrixed environment—energized by change, able to pivot quickly while keeping teams aligned and motivated.
  • Forward-looking mindset with the ability to track and leverage global industry trends to inform strategy and execution.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution.
