Join the People Technology Team

Are you a results-driven People Technology Specialist passionate about delivering world-class, scalable solutions? This role will be crucial in supporting our global expansion by maintaining and innovating our HR technology, with a specialized focus on Workday Integrations, Payroll, and Benefits functionality, and actively assisting in embedding Artificial Intelligence into the day-to-day work of our HR teams.

As an HR Technology Specialist, you will be a key contributor within our Global People Technology Team. Your work will directly support our core purpose: to help the business scale by developing a simple and automated HR systems landscape.

What You'll Own:

  • Global system management (Workday): design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex inbound and outbound integrations using native Workday tools (Workday Studio, Orchestration, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors).
  • Own and evolve core tools (Workday, Greenhouse, and beyond) while introducing AI-driven features that streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with other People teams and business stakeholders to proactively identify tech advancements and translate global HR strategy into high-impact, simple system requirements.

Lead clean and compliant data management practices within HR systems, ensuring data readiness for advanced analytics and ethical use of insights.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in HR systems, including expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, and Workday Benefits configuration and maintenance.
  • Proficient in configuring, managing, and optimizing technical solutions and integrations, including hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and BIRT.
  • You can leverage emerging technologies, particularly AI and intelligent automation, to simplify processes and enhance the efficiency of HR operations.
  • You understand HR processes (e.g., payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management) and compliance requirements, and have a keen eye for how technology & AI can ethically and effectively transform these processes.
  • You have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You think strategically across the business and are able to translate plans into actionable, people-led deliverables.
