Neely made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed our session! She taught me a lot about how to answer certain questions, and how to feel confident if the interviewer throws me a question I wasn’t expecting. I felt so much more confident and relaxed in my interview thanks to her.

The coach felt very general and not tailored to my needs. Neely was kind and helped me focus, but I did not feel she met me at where I was in my job search or provided advice.

Neely was a wonderful coach who helped me elevate my resume and really think through some career strategy. She was super responsive and I really enjoyed our conversation. I highly recommend Neely to review and help build a strong resume.

I did not go into this experience lightly and did my research and my research paid off! I had the opportunity to work with Neely Raffellini, choosing the "stuck in a rut" package, because, quite frankly I was! Neely listened, asked really good questions, provided suggestions to help guide me and showed me the way out of my rut. After each session, I had a list of action items and Neely would send along more information to help me along (don't worry, it's not homework, just to help you think through the discussions and get out of that rut). Through our work together, I now have a solid go-forward strategy, the confidence, and the tools that I need to be successful. It was truly a pleasure working with her; if you are looking for a coach to help you out of that rut you should work with Neely!

I really appreciated the time and attentiveness that Neely gave me for the Resume package. The package I chose was for a 30 minute call, a resume, and one rewrite. But Neely was willing to go far beyond that to ensure that I was happy with the final product. Our phone conversation was great. She was very personable, professional, and easy to talk to. She helped me clarify some of my ideas, as far as what accomplishments to highlight and the like. I probably would have liked a little more true coaching on how to write those accomplishment statements, but really, within the 30 minute time frame, that wouldn't have even been possible. She did a great job following up on our conversation with resume drafts and offers to do whatever rewrites were required. She even provided me with additional tidbits of advice, like how to improve my LinkedIn profile. Overall, I would definitely recommend Neely as a coach.
