Lea is great! I can't believe I so easily found someone online that is smart, communicative and just 'gets it' when it comes to career challenges and transitions. Her advise is concrete and spot on. I highly recommend working with Lea.

Lea is a giving, responsible, and organised coach. Arranging appointments with her was convenient and easy even though I'm based outside the US with 12 hours time difference, as she has developed an online system. She takes the effort to understand clients better (as much as humanly possible given that we've never met, using MBTI, Strengthfinder, and questionnaires). Obviously, she is aware that compressing a consultation within 30 minutes is a challenge for both coach and client. During the session, at times I get flustered especially when I am trying to sort out my memory and thoughts. She was able to interpret my situation well and bring me back on track. I felt that she cares that her clients benefit and find ways to improve their career situation during the short session. After the session, she sends me a "homework" which are helpful to guide ne reflect through future career choices and actions. I appreciate what Lea does very much. Thank you Lea!

Lea is very personable and approachable. We were scheduled for a 30 minute call, but we kept talking until she felt like she had answered my questions. Although I am experienced in both hiring employees and looking for employment, Lea had a couple of useful suggestions that I had not thought of to improve my search activities. Leah was straight and to the point, no bullshit. She took a very practical approach and did not just tell me to "follow your passion" which was so incredibly helpful. I consulted Leah regarding if a career change was the right move for me. In 30 min she was able to asses my personality (with the help of her personality tests you take beforehand) and help form goals for how to proceed with making a change, taking into consideration my personality and what I need to look for both in a job and an organization in order to be happy. I scheduled a 30 minute Q&A with Lea as I was beginning the process to find another job. She was extremely prepared for our first call and suggested based my test results and questionnaire the qualities I should look for in a job/company where I would most likely be successful. Following our call she sent me worksheets with exercises to go through to better understand the type of company and job for which I will be most successful. Speaking with Lea was a complete game changer for my job search. She introduced me to a focused strategy that is logical and efficient - a job search strategy I had not previously nor likely would have produced on my own. In addition to her excellent high level recommendations, she identified easy action items and personal marketing tips that I can immediately implement to my written communications and my approach within interviews. While I booked Lea for an initial job search strategy session, going forward I would feel confident booking her for a variety of coaching needs as I really appreciated both her direct style and demonstrable expertise!

Lea really targeted some specific areas for me right away. I've worked with other coaches and she was the first to use the Myers-Briggs to take steps to harness the ESTJ 'energy' to develop a deeper understanding of the structure I impose on myself and others. Her suggestions gave me insight toward creating frameworks to improving interactions and outcomes, personally and professionally.

Lea was very insightful and helpful in giving advice about my mid-career transition, with great suggestions and clarifications. I learned a lot from our session together. She helped me to focus on the bigger picture, rather than on immediate results, and figure out where I want to direct my energy, instead of being scattered among too many trajectories.
