Jan was very nice and communicative, however there were many grammatical errors in the resume she sent back to me. I had to take 30 mins afterward to go through and revise.

Working with Jan was a very positive experience. Having not updated my resume in some time, I was dreading the process. Jan refined my resume in ways I would not have thought of and she was extremely responsive.

I’m glad I hired a coach to help me with my resume. I was feeling overwhelmed with how to re-format the entire resume and word things differently. It was also very helpful to have someone tell me which items were more important over others and how to highlight them. The phone calls topped it off!
