Due to a bland résumé and weak LinkedIn profile I'd been dreading (and avoiding) the job application process. I chose to work with Heidi because of my non-traditional career trajectory/having recently returned to the job market, and couldn't have made a better choice. Not being a Millennial and being a mature woman reentering the work force is a tough gig. Heidi was very patient, nurturing and understanding. Heidi really listened to what I was saying and understood how to rephrase and make the most of a less than stellar resume. The only downside: the available time goes fast.
