Good News—You Have the Ability to Start Being Happier at Work Today
Being happier at work is as easy as embracing your character strengths.

Admit it: There’s something that you always excel at in the office, even if it’s not directly related to your job. Maybe you’re the person who can make anyone laugh. Or the creative one on the team who always has an idea for the next big project. Or even the guy who can get everyone back on track during a meeting that’s somehow delved into a discussion about fantasy football.

Those little things are what we call character strengths. And did you know if you use them in your office, you’ll have a more positive work experience? Yep, that’s right.

This Happify infographic shows how you can tap into these strengths to become happier and healthier. Even better, it gives you specific ideas on how to work on different strengths, like curiosity or perseverance.

You’ll be happier at work—and maybe even getting a promotion—before you know it.
