Finding work outfits that are professional enough to wear to that big meeting, cute enough to rock at post-5 PM happy hour, and classic enough to last you more than one season isn’t easy.
Finding them when you’re on a serious budget? Yikes.
Or so we thought—until we stumbled upon the Cheap Challenge at Refinery29. Five of the site’s editors selected a well-known retailer (think Target, H&M, and Loft), then had to find a cute, stylish, and totally HR-approved work outfit from its shelves—for under $100. (Yep, with accessories and all!)
Did they do it? In a word, yes.
