Too many of us are guilty of sitting nonstop at our desks. And really, who can blame us? There’s always so much work to get done, so many emails to reply to, so many cat GIFs to look at. But, as you’ve probably heard, sitting for long hours is directly linked to heart disease, mental health decline, and weight gain—even for people who regularly exercise.
