Nur’s Story
Past The Passenger Seat
Nur’s first experience with aircraft was with the German Air Force—but serving made him realize he wanted to be more than a passenger. After studying aerospace engineering—and earning a master’s degree in the field—Nur met a future SkyRyse co-founder while working as a flight controls engineer. A few conversations later, Nur was part of the team, excited about the startup’s mission.
What Nur Does
Guidance, Navigation, & Control Lead
Nur starts development each morning by 9 AM, but he isn’t alone for long because of the team’s multidisciplinary work style. Nur begins with code development and thorough simulations to make sure safety is the priority for every new milestone as vehicles learn how to react to the world around them.
