As a Senior Financial Analyst, your overarching responsibilities will be to provide financial information and analysis that is relevant, trusted, and insightful, which enables the executive leadership teams to make effective decisions that improve the company's performance.

You will be working closely with our business partners, as well as other finance and cross-functional teams on reporting, forecasting, and planning of bookings, revenue, and other SaaS related KPIs. The role will have a strong focus on continual enhancement of the quality, efficiency, and scale of financial information produced, through process improvements, financial tools, and automation.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • You will become familiar with the FP&A role within the EUC Finance team
  • You will work closely and establish business partnership with your peers, business partners, and other cross-functional teams
  • You will become competent with bookings, revenue, and SaaS KPIs
  • You will put together financial analysis to provide critical insights to the team
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement in finance processes and initiatives
  • You will learn the products and services that EUC by Broadcom offers

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

Your regular activities may be modified to suit your professional strength, but you can expect a variety of the following assignments:

  • Support the weekly bookings reporting process, providing the most recent updates on actuals vs. forecast and plan to the EUC and Sales leadership teams.
  • Partner with Product Mgmt to analyze, forecast, and plan scenarios and financial impact of product roadmaps & market opportunities.
  • Engage closely in monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting of ARR, revenue, and other SaaS metrics to help monitor the health of the business. Maintain and improve reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in short & long-term planning processes (annual/bi-annual planning, as well as long-range planning processes).
  • Develop strong operational knowledge on critical systems like Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and Smartview.
  • Assist in quarterly QBR data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (PCS Central FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Ops, BU Ops, PM/PMM teams) to enhance the function's contribution to the company. Share best practices, identify gaps, drive change, and help determine priorities.

Where is this role located?

Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local EUC by Broadcom office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
