About the Role

The Program Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading program launches for our Patient Affordability/Support solution offerings. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing co-pay programs and be well versed in delivering successful programs while driving revenue growth.

This role will develop strong relationships with external partners (copay vendors, CRM vendors, and other pharma services companies) to continually evolve the implementation process for existing and new programs, based on customer needs, internal efficiencies, and new internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Using your baseline understanding of Patient Affordability/Support solutions, develop a thorough understanding of GoodRx programs, becoming the subject matter expert on possibilities within our platform
  • Work with clients to manage the Regulatory review submission process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma space
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Product Management, Engineering, and Privacy/Legal to deliver tailored solutions to customers
  • Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool and Figma
  • Effectively report out on project statuses and communicate capacity to leadership
  • Balance innovation with delivery when custom access solutions are being developed with a client
  • Drive quality and timely implementation of all new customer engagements through project management, business analysis, and implementation to go-live, ensuring all contract program terms are successfully met, and shorten implementation timelines
  • Own programs and launches from kick-off to go live to shorten launch dates that directly impact the company revenue
  • Partner with the Account Management team post-program launch, as needed, to reinforce program KPIs and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals
  • Drive all program implementations in a systematic way, tracing out how changes to one part of a plan or solution will have ripple effects in other areas.
  • Projects will require close teamwork with our Client Success Account Managers, Product leads, Engineering, and Sales, for both existing offerings as well as custom creative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as project or implementation manager, within pharma patient affordability or patient support is a must, and a college degree.
  • Deep understanding of pharmacy claims adjudication, application of manufacturer business rules, and associated claim data
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)
  • Proven ability to create projections and budgets, modeling program performance
  • Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, GSuite, and project management software.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways
  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail
  • This position requires occasional travel.

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:
$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
