We are in search of a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager on the CRM team, you will play a vital role in implementing, measuring, and iterating lifecycle journeys to build personalized relationships with customers at all stages of their journey with GoodRx, with a specific focus on lead nurturing and activation experience. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product stakeholders to ensure seamless user experience. This is a hands-on role; you will have the opportunity to drive highly impactful and visible results that will have a meaningful impact on our millions of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine automated lifecycle journeys and one-off campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other CRM channels to increase conversion, utilization, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Work closely with Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build a messaging roadmap that leads to increased activation, engagement & retention across a variety of triggered, targeted, and promotional programs.
  • Develop innovative messaging solutions for the paid leads activation program
  • Analyze cohort performance, identifying opportunities and understanding the "why" behind customer behavior; develop strategies and testing opportunities to address ongoing insights and findings.
  • Build cross-functional relationships internally, working closely with our product and engineering teams.
  • Drive email & mobile marketing execution by partnering with our brand team to develop top-notch content.
  • Collaborate closely with BI to identify key metrics for lifecycle programs and continuously iterate on ways to improve them.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience
  • Proven experience building email campaigns end-to-end with an understanding of email & mobile marketing (push, in-app & SMS) best practices
  • Must have experience building multi-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be socialized and presented across key stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is highly preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented with an eye for overall user experience
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$96,000.00 - $154,000.00

New York Office:
$88,000.00 - $141,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$80,000.00 - $128,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
