- Being a member of a large team responsible for converting historical performance data from a legacy system to a new target system

- Analyze the performance numbers and identify the root causes contributing to differences between the numbers computed from the source system and target system
- Identify ways to compare large amounts of data In the shortest possible time; and develop it into a working model
- Create and publish results in a meaningful way to ensure the audiences at different levels can grasp and understand the Information being presented
- Responsible for working with the various tech and product teams to resolve the Issues Identified
- Contribute to the ongoing research and development initiatives of the team with relevance to performance and portfolio analysis
- Collaboration with the team members in various projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior experience with large scale Performance Reporting account conversions and reconciliations
- Executive presence and ability to communicate at the executive leadership level
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a performance analysis, risk analysis fund accounting or similar role
- Strong Individual Contributor experience with the ability to work with others
- Understanding of portfolio analysis including performance calculation methodologies and risk analytics
- Knowledge of Sleeve Level performance and Consultant/Manager portfolios
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with formulas, performance methodology and risk analytics
- Strong Excel and database / SQL skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively
- Highly organized and proactive
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and with strong attention to detail
