The Equity Project Charter School—also known as TEP—is a charter school dedicated to achieving educational equity for disadvantaged students by utilizing master teachers to provide rigorous academics, arts, and athletics instruction. Originally a fifth through eight grade middle school, TEP now services students in Kindergarten and first grade, and will soon be adding Pre-K, second, third, and fourth grades to serve a total of 1,200 students.
