Warm Welcomes

At Banfield Chula Vista, everyone is made to feel welcome. Every time a new vet student or team member is brought on, signs are posted throughout the hospital and staff receive an email giving them the opportunity to learn more about these new associates. The hospital also loves to celebrate birthdays, promotions, and when someones passes their Certified Veterinary Technician, or CVT, exam —all with treats in the break room for everyone to share.

United by a desire to make a difference in the lives of pets, the Chula Vista team is very proud of the work they accomplish together. The supportive environment provides plenty of opportunities to develop new skills with the chance to move up within the practice. In fact, a lot of Banfield leaders started at their careers at the Chula Vista hospital.
