Description:

  • Candidate will possess excellent communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Write PowerShell scripts that perform system tasks and change configurations
  • Create, delete, de-provision, and maintain user, system, group, DL accounts and passwords in Active Directory
  • Identify and escalate incidents requiring urgent attention
  • Manage multiple tasks, be detail oriented, be responsive, and demonstrate independent thought and critical thinking
  • Provides experienced level, technical support of desktop computers, Mac OS computers, SSO, VM, Casper, Landesk, SCCM, Airwatch MDMand Office365 applications
  • Assist customers with IT related issues in a Service Desk setting, troubleshooting issues and resolving where applicable remotely
  • Assist with hardware troubleshooting on desktop computers, laptops, MACs, and mobile devices
  • Provides “White Glove” IT Customer Support Services for the Executive staff
  • Provide guidance for Jr desktop support personnel to Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications software and related hardware (such as desktops, laptops, and related peripherals like printers, scanners, drives, monitors and video teleconferencing hardware)
  • Provides technical support and training to end-users

Requirements:

  • Associates degree and 5+ years of technical support (or equivalent combination of education and experience such as a Bachelors and 3 years or no degree and 7 years)
  • Customer-focused with a "service first" mentality
  • Excellent customer services skills VIP and C-level support
  • Desire to continue learning
  • Excellent team player attitude
  • Be a strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues and business users working in a constantly evolving environment
  • Five years’ experience configuring, installing, troubleshooting and repairing printers, PC, Mac, and laptops(PC/Mac)
  • One or more of the following certifications is desired:
    • Apple Certified Support Professional
    • CompTIA Security+
    • CompTIA Network+
    • CompTIA A+
    • MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7
    • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7
    • Enterprise Desktop Support technician on Windows 7
