Manager (Conversion), Growth Marketing

The Marketing team at Zynga is looking for a Conversion Manager who will be responsible for analyzing creative performance and conversion for one or more of our Game Studios. This person is an analytical and business-savvy number cruncher who can independently manage multiple responsibilities and engage in creative development to drive marketing decisions. This role is well suited for those who are analytically strong and want to make an impact on the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on creative performance for multiple Game Studios weekly.
Manage a team of associates, and day to day communication.
Build reports from our extensive data set to identify creative optimization opportunities, make decisions on testing, and maximize conversion potential.
Maintain App Store tests, measure performance, identify opportunities, and make recommendations based on results.
Track and report on our portfolio of game’s conversion performance for paid and organic channels.
Lead cross collaborative efforts with growth marketing and creative teams to drive creative performance.
Identify high impact trends or patterns in Conversion.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree in math, science, finance, engineering, or marketing or proven track.
Record in a quantitative/problem solving environment (or equivalent training and experience).
2-4 years of experience in a data oriented role.
Strong analytical skills, experience working in metrics based companies, and a passion for problem solving.
Ability to compile data, analyze and make recommendations off large datasets.
Intuitive grasp of data and strong with Excel.
SQL experience a plus.
Sharp attention to detail, natural curiosity, and a creative problem solver.
Strong communication skills - both written and spoken.
Genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics, and advertising.
Must have good judgment and ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
