What you can expect
As a Go-to-Market Strategist, you'll develop and execute strategies for Distributors and Master Agents. Your role involves driving partner engagement and boosting channel contribution. You primary focus will be to develop the Distribution business in the French market owning the engagment and development of your Distributors. This will evolve identifying and developing the key value they can build around Zoom licenses to support their resellers and identify, target and develop new reseller partnerships in region working closely with the local Channel Account Manager.
About the Team
You will be working in the Distribution team that is organised regionally to develop our primary go to market which is via our Distributors. Although seperate from the regional channel organisation you will be asked to collaborate closely with the regional channel leader and their local channel account managers to develop the local market in partnership.
Responsibilities
- Developing the distributor partner strategy, managing focus partners, recruiting new partners, and growing indirect sales revenue
- Building business plans with focus partners to drive mindshare and growth
- Executing sales training and providing marketing support
- Tracking sales pipeline, bookings, activity, and partner engagement against quota and KPIs.

What we're looking for
- Be able to demonstrate experience in technology and distribution sectors, specializing in software, SaaS, cloud, and collaboration over an extensive period
- Possess extensive experience in working closely distribution sales teams within the EMEA region and a deep understanding of what Distributors can provide
- Be able to demonstrate success in creating a successful strategy with distribution partners
- Be able to demonstrate experience developing and mentoring partner sales teams
- Be able to communicate and engage at an executive level

- Mettre en œuvre des formations commerciales et fournir un soutien marketing
- Suivre le pipeline de ventes, les réservations, l'activité et l'engagement des partenaires par rapport aux objectifs et indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
Profil recherché
- Être capable de démontrer une expérience dans les secteurs technologiques et de la distribution, en particulier dans les domaines des logiciels, du SaaS, du cloud et de la collaboration, sur une longue période
- Posséder une vaste expérience dans la direction d'équipes de vente en distribution dans la région EMEA
- Être capable de démontrer un succès avéré dans l'élaboration d'une stratégie réussie avec des partenaires distributeurs
- Avoir de l'expérience dans le développement et le mentorat d'équipes commerciales partenaires
- Être capable de communiquer et d'interagir à un niveau exécutif
