Sales & Marketing Internship

To get an inside-look at a high-growth YC startup; building on real-world skills, and learning what it takes to build a cross-functional team. Getting experience with all aspects of leadership, management, sales, customer success, strategy, marketing, and recruiting+team building.
Projects/Impact:

● Help design, develop, build out, and disseminate training collateral for cross-functional training
    ○For example:
        ■ Top Customer Segmentation Analysis
        ■ Sales Best Practices
■ Competitive Landscape Review
        ■ Pitch Development (Sales)

● Build, manage, and continually develop the ZenDen Customer Advisory Board
    ○ For example:
        ■ Scheduling feedback sessions and developing and orchestrating clear product feedback sessions
        ■ Listening to customers/stakeholders for product development
        ■ Closing the loop between executive management/engineering/product/sales/CS regarding various feedback topics

● Assist with Marketing/CS/Sales on designing and developing various collateral for web/marketing campaigns.
    ○ For example:
        ■ 1-Pager, Videos, any creative content that will help sales/marketing/CS
        ■ Infographics
        ■ Articles/Blog/Links that will be of value for clients
        ■ Social Posts
        ■ Webpage copy

● Business strategy; help identify market segments that are performing better than others
    ○ Explore different growth strategies on marketing and sales
        ■ Interface with exec team on various product launches/releases
        ■ User growth/signup initiatives (get to 500k users on freemium product)
        ■ Competitive analysis
