About the Role:
We're looking for an SDR who is excited about selling to mid-market customers and about the chance to learn and grow as the team does. You will learn about the sales and marketing goals of prospects to find out if they are a good fit. Our team is passionate about both self and team improvement, and we’ve cultivated a supportive culture that gets results. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with new prospects. Find ways to creatively reach decision makers at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and educate them on details of opportunities.
  • Achieve qualified opportunity and closed business quotas.
  • Demonstrate the value of ZenProspect through email and phone communication.

  • Have demonstrated your success in past SDR roles, meeting and exceeding quota, and showing evidence of stellar performance.
  • Obsessed with prospect happiness - You will set the stage for an effective sales follow-up. 
  • A fast learner - You have an analytical mindset and are able to understand and explain a technical product within a matter of weeks. 
  • A natural ability for email communication and high emotional intelligence

Requirements

  • Experience using sales enablement or email communication tools (YesWare, ToutApp, Outreach, PersitIQ, SendBloom, etc)
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Enthusiasm about being a member a top team -- upward advancement encouraged (SDR-->AE)!
