Lead Recruiter

Job Description:
ZenProspect helps identify and acquire target prospects, builds advanced outreach campaigns, and uses predictive analytics and machine learning to close deals faster. We are looking for a lead recruiter that can help build our amazing team. You will use your expertise and creativity to find and engage with top talent that would make our team stronger in several departments (Sales, Engineering, Product, Design, Support). We care about providing candidates with the best possible job search experience, and you will be instrumental as the candidate’s first point of contact and guide through our interview process in providing that experience.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of candidates for Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Design 
- Find talent through creative sourcing channels 
- Review inbound applications and engage with qualified candidates 
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements for open positions 
- Schedule phone interviews with the hiring team 
- Be an advocate for Amplitude and represent the company with a high level of professionalism 
- Track and report on the progress of candidates in the pipeline

Skills and Experience:
- At least two years of experience in a recruiting role
- Experience in sourcing through multiple, creative channels in a variety of departments 
- Experience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking System 
- Track record of finding and hiring strong candidates in sales (AE, SDR, etc), customer success, product, and technical roles 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- Strong organization skills with a high level of attention to detail 
- Experience with recruiting technical candidates
- Experience recruiting for startups 
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast paced environment
