What you'll be doing

  • Define and be responsible for the product roadmap and prioritization of an evolving, high-growth product for sales software that people love to use, and that helps teams improve their operations and decision-making to achieve their targets
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, product designers, product marketers, and our in house user research team (that's right!) to drive the growth of a product that excites customers
  • Meet with amazing customers, analyze product data, and research competitors to develop and communicate a vision for how we're going to build an excellent product/business
  • Be a key part of Zendesk's mission of championing customer-facing teams; defining and delivering Zendesk Sell features that support our customers and helping us meet some of our most substantial business goals
  • Have an impact on the shape of the entire product team for Zendesk Sell

What you bring to the role

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Product Management experience under your belt, and youve spent most of that time working at customer-focused SaaS companies
  • Passion for proactive problem solving and ability to extract their essence while backing up your decisions with data
  • The drive to deeply understand the market, customers and product
  • Examples of successful product delivery to meet business goals
  • Excellent written communication skills for varying audiences: customers, engineering, marketing, program management, and executives
  • Hunger for learning, continually developing your skills, contributing to how we could work better, but also mentoring your colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Design, engineering or data analysis background
  • Hands-on experience in user/market/usability data analysis
  • Interest or experience in building sales software

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł226,000.00-zł340,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
