Sr SEM & Product Listing Ads (PLA) Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:

  • Optimizing the programs to hit company KPIs
  • Owning bid management strategy and execution
  • Monitoring and reporting of performance across Zappos' websites
  • Maximizing potential of vendor platforms by working on projects with vendors
  • Monitoring and optimizing SEM and PLA performance around devices
  • Planning and implementing campaign structure strategy
  • Meeting with merchandising teams to be apprised on latest product catalog
  • Creating and implementing negative keyword strategy
  • Optimizing the product feed to leverage an optimal campaign structure
  • Monitoring feed delivery to advertising platforms
  • Analyzing of cross channel traffic and attribution

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 3 years online marketing experience, preferably the bulk in SEM
  • A minimum of two years managing and optimizing product feeds for PLA, Comparison Shopping Engines or third party marketplaces
  • Experience leading large projects with a team taking direction, such as: restructuring campaigns, ad copy optimization, sitelinks optimization and/or launching remarketing
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • Four year degree, preferably in marketing or a technical discipline
  • Knowledge of bid management and optimization and what levers to pull to maximize the goals of the SEM & PLA programs
  • Very strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers and account executives
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and be proactive
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of attribution modeling
  • A passion for negative keywords
  • Experience with Adobe Media Optimizer and Versafeed
